Job Description
We are currently looking for individuals with an active RBT certification or who are
willing to receive an RBT certification who have a passion for making a difference in the
lives of children and families.
An RBT is a paraprofessional certification in the field of ABA. RBTs work under the
supervision of a BCBA to implement behavioral interventions and collect data that aligns
with evidence-based practices and treatments.
Boost Behavioral Services, provides center and home- based Applied Behavioral
Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related
disabilities. At Boost Behavioral, we embark on a journey of making meaningful change
alongside our clients, guided by their unique needs and aspirations. Our clinic was born
out of a profound commitment to revolutionize the way we approach Applied Behavioral
Analysis, setting a new standard in child-led care. Our team here at Boost is constantly
striving to ensure we are providing quality care to our clients.
Our aspirations for our clients extend far beyond social constructs. Our ultimate goal is
the happiness and well-being of each child and their family. We believe that true
success is measured by a child's ability to access their wants and needs, to experience
joy, and to navigate their world with safety and confidence.
What sets Boost Behavioral apart from other ABA therapy clinics is our commitment to
child-led care. We recognize the immense power of ABA principles, but we also
acknowledge the importance of understanding each child's unique perspective. We
reject the notion of ignoring behaviors or treating anyone as insignificant. Instead, the
moment a child walks into our clinic, their priorities become our priorities. We lead with
empathy and curiosity, tailoring our sessions to their needs and preferences. We
understand that some days may be tough for our young clients, and we firmly believe in
flexibility. Our mission is to always provide quality, compassionate, trauma informed
ABA therapy.
Boost Behavioral was established in November of 2020 with a clear vision: to be a
beacon of change in the field of ABA. We've reached a pivotal moment where evolving
the way we approach therapy is not just a choice, but a necessity. Our founders'
determination to create a space where both clients and employees thrive has driven us
to carve a new path in our field.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will have consistent support from your
BCBA and work side by side with a team of like-minded professionals.
Compensation: $18-$24 an hour and receive quality training from your BCBA on the
newest cutting-edge research for behavior change and skill acquisition interventions.
Your BCBA will know you and your clients personally.
