Marketing Director
Job Summary:
To market and maintain census goals of Whitefish at the Lakes Senior Living. Primary tasks include tours, community and public relations, identifying current resident needs, and providing resources for service coordination assessments, counseling, case management, educational and supportive services to residents in need of help to maintain census, independence and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (discharge planners, case managers, physicians, etc.).
- Create, track, and manage community marketing events, open houses, and promotional efforts.
- Oversee digital and print marketing materials and social media presence.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and regularly follow up with prospects.
- Prospect & Family Engagement
- Conduct community tours and deliver compelling presentations about services and amenities.
- Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process with empathy and expertise.
- Communicate with clarity and compassion about pricing, contracts, and care options.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with Executive Director and community staff to ensure seamless move-in experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities, conversion rates, and trends.
- Prepare and present regular occupancy and sales reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
- High School education/GED
- Four year degree in relevant field preferred.
- At least 2 years experience in similar position
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and statues that pertain to assisted living.
- Expertise in working with senior resident populations.
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal: to be able to read aloud, speak in front of groups and formulate ideas on paper.
- Organization skills.
- Able to work irregular hours if needed.
- Possess leadership/supervisory skills.
