This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanic or autobody experience who’s ready to step out from under the hood and work on clean, brand‑new vehicles every day.
🚚 What You’ll Do
- Perform frequent physical tasks: standing, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling
- Assemble truck bodies and install components such as:
- Wire harnesses
- Partitions
- Auxiliary batteries
- Light bars
- Additional upfit parts
- Disassemble and reassemble factory vehicles when needed
- Deliver high‑quality workmanship that meets company and customer standards
- Document work using photos and project‑tracking systems
- Identify efficiency opportunities and suggest process improvements
🛠 Essential Skills
- 1 year Automotive Technician experience
- Autobody experience
- Understanding of automotive mechanical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with continuous physical movement
- Willingness to work overtime when required
📘 Additional Qualifications
- Experience with automotive electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, drawings, and work orders with minimal assistance
- 1 year aftermarket installation or vehicle upfitting experience

Work inside a new, clean, well‑organized facility designed for efficiency and comfort.
The layout mirrors an automotive service area—without floor cutouts—and features long drive lanes with vans parked back‑to‑back, giving you plenty of space and easy access for installations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rosemount, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
