Are you an experienced OR Nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Operating Room Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing Surgical Services team. As the OR Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations. across the Operating Room and Central Sterile Processing (CSP) departments. You’ll lead a dedicated team of clinical professionals, drive performance and quality initiatives, and collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and maternity leaders to ensure seamless patient care. Clinical specialties include: General Surgery, Urology, GYN/GYN Oncology, Reconstructive Surgery, Breast Cancer Surgeries, Da Vinci Robotics, and Complex Cancer Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee OR and CSP daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource management
- Supervise approximately 30 perioperative staff and 6–7 CSP employees
- Direct reports include 2 Clinical Unit Coordinators and 1 Inventory Coordinator
- Conduct staff evaluations, ensure regulatory readiness, and foster a culture of safety and accountability
- Partner with the Interim Chair of Surgery, Anesthesia, and PACU/Maternity teams on cross-departmental initiatives
- Focus areas include improving first-case start times and OR turnaround times
- Participate in monthly nurse leadership meetings and organization-wide performance initiatives

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
- Systemwide on-call rotation (remote, every 6–7 weeks after onboarding)
Compensation: $110,000 – $152,000/yr (Depending on Experience)

Qualifications
- RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- BSN required; MSN and/or CNOR certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years OR nursing experience
- At least 1 year of OR leadership/supervisory experience required
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for surgical services
