Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a supportive and collaborative educational team where your work directly supports the academic and emotional well-being of young learners. Soliant islooking for licensed School Psychologists to work with students from Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) through 4th grade. Both full-time and part-time roles are available for the 20252026 school year.

What Youll Do:

  • Partner with teachers, families, and specialists to assess student learning and behavior needs.

  • Conduct evaluations to determine eligibility for Special Education services.

  • Translate assessment data into practical strategies that support student success.

  • Participate in IEP and student support teams to guide data-informed decision making.

  • Offer short-term, goal-oriented counseling to students in need of emotional or behavioral support.

  • Provide consultation and training to staff to help create inclusive, trauma-informed learning environments.

  • Stay current in child development research to better understand and respond to student needs.

What Were Looking For:

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) School Psychologist in the state of Minnesota

  • Graduate degree in School Psychology (Ed.S., Ph.D., or equivalent)

  • Understanding of child development, academic assessments, and mental health supports

  • Strong munication and collaboration skills
