Job Description
Social worker (LCSW, or LMFTs)
Locations: Monterey, CA,
Duration: 13 Weeks with extension
Shifts: 8 hour days - M-F - Weekends on rare occasion, if patient/family need
Pay: $3000 Week
Responsibilities
- Provide psychosocial assessments and discharge planning
- Coordinate patient care and community resources
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support patients and families through crisis intervention
- Maintain accurate documentation and case management records
- Ensure compliance with facility and state regulations
