As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the end-to-end hiring process by ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors, Hiring Managers, HR, and external vendors to keep hiring processes moving efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure hiring activities align with company policies, compliance requirements, and employment regulations
· Manage Form I-9 submissions during the onboarding process. Manage the end-to-end background check process for candidates, including tracking status, following up on outstanding items, and escalating issues when needed
· Audit recruiting activity and data within the ATS to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Support recruiting metrics and reporting by ensuring data integrity and timely updates
· Manage the candidate assessment process including Personality Assessments and CPATs, ensuring proper distribution, tracking completion, and reporting results
· Support recruiters with job posting logistics, interview scheduling, offer preparation, and light sourcing activities as time allows. Manage LinkedIn Recruiter licenses and paid job posting
· Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in recruiting processes and recommend improvements
· Document recruiting processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience
Requirements
· 2 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruiting operations, or HR support
· Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System. Workday, a plus
· Experience managing background checks, Form I-9s, and hiring-related compliance processes
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and vendors
· High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
