Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified paraprofessional for a full-time role in LaFayette, Georgia. Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, LaFayette is known for its rich Civil War history and scenic landscapes, making it a peaceful and welcoming community.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must meet Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) paraprofessional certification requirements:

• Associates degree or higher, or

• Minimum of 60 semester hours of college coursework, or

• Passing score on the GACE Paraprofessional Assessment

• Must obtain a Paraprofessional License issued by GaPSC

• Clear criminal background check and fingerprinting

  Responsibilities:

• Support instructional delivery under the direction of licensed teachers

• Assist students with academic and behavioral goals

• Implement learning activities and modifications as needed

• Supervise students during transitions, meals, and recess
