Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, hire, train and supervise Café staff across 5 locations (McDonald Hyundai, McDonald Volkswagen, Audi Parker, Audi Denver, McDonald Mazda South)
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with company's mission, values and service standards.
  • Be a people-oriented leader who thrives on creating an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Oversee and analyze Café budgeting to ensure maximum efficiency while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies and products.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback regarding food quality or service in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure Baristas are handling daily cash deposits and that the cash drawer.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment by updating and following cleanliness checklists.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with special considerations given to those with additional education. A degree in Business Administration or Business Management is preferred.
  • Experience working in the food or hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge and awareness of regulations concerning food health and safety.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proven management skills with exemplary organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills
  • POS experience required (Clover strongly preferred)
  • Pass pre-employment checks (background and drug screenings-THC not included)
