Mission:
Our internship program is designed to provide a comprehensive, 360°ree; view of the construction industry. Interns will perform a variety of project-oriented tasks including field work, research, and administrative assignments, while collaborating closely with different teams across the company. This role is intentionally designed to provide exposure to field leadership, estimating, and project management, rather than focusing on one single discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble product submittal packages based on project-specific requirements.
- Conduct site visits and perform quantity takeoffs for estimates.
- Attend estimating and management meetings to understand company workflows.
- Obtain quotes from subcontractors, material suppliers, and equipment vendors.
- Collaborate with project superintendents to gain hands-on exposure to building restoration activities.
- Shadow project managers to observe day-to-day project management tasks.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
