Compensation:
We provide a van and gas card, commission on sold and completed work, PTO and consistent work. Hourly rate: $27-$35 plus 2.5% commissions and benefits!
Lead Electrician Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting, diagnose complex issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct inspections and assess electrical systems to identify potential hazards, recommend repairs or upgrades, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with homeowners to understand their electrical needs, provide expert advice, and offer solutions to improve energy efficiency and safety.
- Manage and prioritize service calls, assign tasks to team members, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, sharing industry best practices, and providing guidance on technical skills and customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including service reports, equipment status, and parts used.
- Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies, industry advancements, and code regulations to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among team members.
Lead Electrician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Electrician's license or certification.
- Significant experience as a Residential Service Electrician Technician or similar role.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and wiring methods.
- Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
