Job Description

Job Description

We’re looking for someone ready to take ownership of a vital part of our business.

This is an entry-level position, but it's not just a job—it’s a mission-critical role for someone who thrives on organization, independence, and accountability. If you're looking to get your foot in the door in a high-demand trade, this is the position for you.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing our warehouse operations, ensuring our fleet remains operational, providing technicians with the necessary supplies, and managing the uniform program. If you’re the type of person who sees what needs to be done and makes it happen without being told, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Own

Warehouse Operations

Receive and organize all plumbing materials, tools, and equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Maintain accurate inventory and reorder when necessary—before it’s a problem.

Develop systems to streamline the processes of receiving, stocking, and dispatching parts.

Parts Running

Deliver parts and materials to job sites as needed.

Support technicians with fast, reliable logistics in the field.

Maintain a delivery priority system that supports job flow and productivity.

Fleet Maintenance

Monitor and schedule routine maintenance (oil changes, tires, inspections, etc.).

Track and log service records for compliance and performance.

Address vehicle issues proactively—you’re the one who makes sure the fleet never slows us down. You may have to change a tire or two!!!

You’ll be assigned a company vehicle that you can take home every day.

Uniforms Program

Manage field team uniforms from onboarding to replacement cycles.

Maintain stock of all gear and coordinate laundry or cleaning where needed.

Keep every tech looking sharp and feeling equipped.

What We’re Looking For

Self-Starter: You don’t wait to be told what to do—you see it and own it.

Organized: You think in systems and create processes that scale.

Reliable: If you say you’ll do it, it’s done. Period.

Driver: Clean license and confident in operating a company vehicle.

Experience: Background in warehouse, logistics, or fleet is a strong plus, but a get-it-done attitude is more important than a perfect résumé.

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Comfortable on your feet most of the day.

Able to drive and navigate safely and efficiently.

What You Get

Competitive pay (based on experience and leadership ability).

Company vehicle to take home daily.

Health, dental, and vision insurance.

Paid holidays and PTO.

Company-provided uniforms and gear.

Room to grow as the company grows—we're not looking for someone to "just help," we're looking for someone to take over and lead.
