Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Englewood, CO.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Administrative Assistant job in Englewood, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:
-Greeting guests at the front desk
-Answering phones and transferring calls
-Keeping the kitchen and break rooms cleaned and stocked
-Sorting all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
-Coordinating new hire orientation
-Ordering catering
-Coordinating team events and celebration
-All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent internal and external customer service skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $25.00 and $28.00
