Responsibilities:
- Inspect and unbox cameras to check for damages or defects
- Install and update software on devices using Ethernet connections
- Conduct diagnostics to ensure proper functionality of devices and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Prepare items for shipping by securely packing them after inspection.
- Evaluate returned items under warranty, identify problems, and draft detailed reports.
- Organize and track inventory, ensuring accurate records of all assets.
- Participate in breaking down packaging materials and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Assist with physical inventory tasks, including annual inventory counts.
- Previous experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Proficiency in handling physical inventory tasks, including unboxing and packing items.
- Familiarity with software installation and diagnostic processes.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift light items repeatedly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory tracking systems and asset management.
- Effective communication skills for drafting reports and collaborating with team members.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment
