Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active OT license in Colorado, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Knowledge of IEP process and relevant documentation standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address sensory, motor, behavioral, and adaptive skills
- Work directly with students individually or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed to achieve established goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers to support student success
- Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students
