Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active OT license in Colorado, or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Knowledge of IEP process and relevant documentation standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address sensory, motor, behavioral, and adaptive skills
  • Work directly with students individually or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed to achieve established goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers to support student success
  • Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students
