Position: Canvassing Manager
We’re hiring a proven Canvassing Manager to lead and grow our door-to-door canvassing team. If you have experience managing canvassers and driving consistent lead flow, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage door-to-door canvassers
- Run daily team huddles and coaching sessions
- Map and assign neighborhood canvassing routes
- Canvass targeted areas
- Help the team schedule free inspections with homeowners
- Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics
Requirements
- Door-to-Door Canvassing Management experience
- Strong coaching and team management skills
- High energy and accountability
- Excellent communication skills
Compensation
- Earn $150K–$350K (Competitive Salary, Commission, Overrides, and Bonuses)
