Location: Albany, NY or Worcester, MA locations.

Pay: $24.82 / Hour

Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
This is a Hybrid position (1 day a week in office required)
Requirements

3 years of relevant work experience is required OR An associates degree with 1 year of experience.

Professional and/or Academic Experience in renewable energy, customer billing, and/or customer service is preferred.

Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams experience) and the ability to quickly learn other programs and applications such as Salesforce, SAP, and the company's customer billing system.
Job description

The successful candidate will leverage their billing experience, preferably in a utility environment, to efficiently complete tasks and billing assignments that align with the program goals of distributed generation billing.

Customer billing setup and maintenance to ensure accurate compensation for distributed generation.

This position requires a proactive approach to solving complex problems and driving solutions to completion, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsible for identifying and addressing issues independently

Responsible for managing the interconnection of customer-owned distributed electric generators and energy storage into the electric distribution grid.
Pay Details: $24.82 per hour
