We’re seeking an experienced Cath Lab Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing team at a well-established and growing Southern California hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing leader with deep expertise in acute care and catheterization procedures to make a direct impact on clinical outcomes and staff development in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations in the Cath Lab, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff in clinical and professional development.

Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Oversee case scheduling, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and support expansion of the STEMI program.

Promote patient education and wellness through coaching and communication strategies.

Stay informed on advancements in cardiovascular care and related areas.
Qualifications:

Current RN license (California); certifications in acute or critical care preferred.

Significant experience in Cath Lab procedures and acute/emergency care environments.

Proven leadership in clinical operations, preferably in a hospital or surgical services setting.

Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Exceptional interpersonal and team-building skills; experience working with diverse populations.

Familiarity with health coaching or patient-centered education a plus.
