A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a K-12 school setting in Saint Johns, FL, to support students across multiple schools within the district. This contract role runs from August 11, 2025, through May 28, 2026, requiring 35 hours per week over five days. The BCBA will provide in-person services, working hands-on with students and staff at 6 to 8 assigned schools, ensuring direct and consistent support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver applied behavior analysis services tailored to individual student needs within the K-12 population
- Collaborate with educators and school personnel to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide supervision and support to 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) working within the schools
- Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Participate in regular meetings with school teams to facilitate student success and compliance with program goals
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification is required
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to be physically present at assigned schools during contracted hours
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with school personnel, RBTs, and families
