Seeking a qualified and compassionate Dietitian to join our Allied Healthcare team. The Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing individualized nutrition care plans, and providing education to promote optimal health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' nutritional status and dietary needs

Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans

Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and families

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field

Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or equivalent certification

Valid state licensure (if applicable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team

1-2 years of Experience in clinical or healthcare settings required
