Financial Advisor | Educator-Focused Practice
Location: Elmsford, NY (In Person)
Initial Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 per year, plus commissions

Our mission is to simplify complex financial concepts, provide honest and holistic guidance, and help educators confidently achieve their long-term retirement and financial goals.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven advisor who desires to join a growing practice and values education, integrity, and long-term impact over transactional sales. You will work directly with school districts and within school buildings, with the goal of building long-term relationships. This position begins with financing, and a salary that lasts for one to three years, alongside commissions, and a clear pathway to building and acquiring your own book of business
What You’ll Do
- Develop comprehensive, personalized financial plans including retirement planning, investment management, tax strategies, and estate considerations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual clients, school districts, and employers through trust, education, and accountability
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to evaluate clients’ current situations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage and monitor client portfolios, providing ongoing recommendations aligned with market conditions and client risk tolerance
- Educate clients on financial strategies and products in a clear, ethical, and transparent manner
- Utilize CRM and financial planning software to document client interactions and track progress
- Stay current on securities laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Research market trends and emerging financial products to enhance client outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Active Series 6 or Series 7 FINRA license (required)
- Series 63, 65, or 66 (preferred)
- NY Life & Health Insurance License (preferred)
- Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of retirement planning, portfolio management, and investment strategies
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ethical, client-first mindset with high standards of honesty and professionalism
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
