We are seeking a motivated Masonry Apprentice to join our construction team. This position is ideal for someone with construction experience who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in jobsite safety, and wants to build a long-term career in the industry.
You'll work alongside experienced professionals on commercial and environmental construction projects, gaining exposure to masonry, site operations, project coordination, and field leadership.
What You'll Do
- Assist with masonry and general construction activities on active job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
- Support daily jobsite operations, material organization, and workflow coordination
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and project specifications
- Help maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed correctly
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
- Communicate with supervisors, crew members, subcontractors, and project teams
- Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and field reporting
- Help identify and resolve jobsite issues to keep projects moving forward
- Travel between project sites as needed
What We're Looking For
- Construction experience
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices and OSHA standards
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, and carrying materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Masonry, concrete, site work, or heavy construction experience
- Crew lead or supervisory experience
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with landfill, environmental, utility, or industrial construction projects
- Experience using mobile devices or field reporting applications
- Exposure to HVAC, mechanical, or industrial systems

Work Environment
This is a field-based position working primarily on outdoor construction sites. Employees should be comfortable working around heavy equipment, in varying weather conditions, and performing physical labor throughout the day. Travel between job sites may be required depending on project needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
