Position Overview

We are seeking an HR Generalist – Payroll & Benefits to support accurate payroll processing and employee benefits administration across multiple states. This role will work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Process payroll accurately and on time in coordination with ADP Workforce Now
  • Support benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leaves, workers’ compensation)
  • Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations, issue resolution, and reporting

HRIS & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
  • Support payroll- and benefits-related compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Assist with HRIS reporting for audits, compliance, and internal analysis

Employee Support & HR Operations

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and timekeeping
  • Support onboarding and offboarding (payroll setup, benefits enrollment, COBRA, final pay)
  • Assist with multi-state payroll and benefits administration
  • Contribute to process improvements and HR operational support as needed


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of HR experience with a focus on payroll and benefits
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
  • Working knowledge of U.S. payroll and benefits regulations
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data reporting
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic reporting)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional proficiency in Korean and English
