Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a driven and energetic Bilingual Entry Level Sales Executive in Richland Hills, TX who is ready to hit the pavement and make things happen. This role is all about being out and about—walking into businesses, navigating gatekeepers, generating leads, and building referral networks. You’ll be selling payment processing services and POS systems, so confidence and hustle are key. This role does not offer mileage reimbursement or benefits. If you’ve got at least one year of sales experience (any type), and especially if you’ve done outside or B2B sales, you’ll be set up for success. There’s a learning curve, but if you’re ready to dive in, own it, and grow fast, we want to hear from you.Requirements:
- 1 + years experience in any sales
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Must be comfortable doing outside sales with cold calling and business door knocking
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pmCompensation: $12.00 per hour, with residual commission structure and bonus after training period
