Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a high-performing, dedicated provider who:
• Communicates clearly and builds strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Is confident in clinical diagnosis and treatment, or eager to strengthen these skills
• Can effectively present care plans and discuss financial options
• Understands or is ready to master accurate documentation and coding
• Works well within a team of multidisciplinary providers
• Is energized by a full, fast-paced schedule supported by strong systems
• Wants a long-term home to grow their clinical skills, reputation, and income
Experience with personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases is helpful. The ability or willingness to perform DOT physical examinations is also desirable. Training for DOT certification can be provided if the candidate is not already certified.
Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Minnesota chiropractic license and maintain appropriate professional credentials.
Typical Clinical Scope May Include
• Chiropractic evaluation and treatment
• Personal injury and motor vehicle accident case management
• Structured rehabilitation protocols including spinal rehab and functional care
• Collaborative care with massage therapy and occupational therapy
• DOT physical examinations (training provided if not already certified)
• Participation in developing and refining condition-based care programs focused on spinal and disc-related conditions
