This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to provide essential therapy services within a school setting in the Richmond area of Virginia. The role involves working with a variety of student age groups, delivering specialized support tailored to diverse caseloads. The position is contracted to run until late May 2026, with a start date as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students across multiple age groups.
• Collaborate with SLPAs and onsite facilitators to ensure effective therapy delivery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and school district regulations.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Virginia SLP license.
• Experience working in school settings preferred, ranging from entry-level to seasoned professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff.

Location: Mechanicsville, VA, within the Henrico County Public Schools district.
