Job Description:
The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide administrative assistance to keep daily office functions running smoothly. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and has excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain office inventory, including ordering supplies, groceries, and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule inspections as needed.
- Make outgoing calls related to accounts or vendor inquiries.
- Assist Accounts Payable with data entry and processing invoices.
- Keep the front desk and common areas organized and tidy.
- Provide additional administrative support to office staff and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a general office setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
