Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Develop and present customized insurance proposals, explaining policy details clearly.
Nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional coverage.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.
Stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Manage client interactions and maintain accurate records in the agency's CRM system.
Requirements
Active Iowa Producer License (Life, Health, and P&C preferred).
Proven success in a sales environment, preferably in insurance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with technology, including CRM systems and sales tools.
