BEVERAGE INVENTORY CLERK

Responsible for assisting with liquor inventory control to include keeping track of all products and supplies, ensuring that stock is organized.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Measuring liquor levels and reconciling inventory records.
  • Monitor/process inventory transfers between beverage outlets.
  • Able to anticipate needs of beverage outlets and order as needed.
  • Assist with weekly inventory/ordering and completion of associated logs.
  • Asist with deliveries, distribution and storing of liquor products and supplies.
  • Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management.
  • Assist with Month-end inventory.
  • Draft Technician-cleaning beer line in Pub365
  • Toscana bar, and Piazza lounge
  • Barback is needed to assist when we are shorthanded.
  • Daily delivery of liquor orders to all beverage outlets and Tuscany Gardens (transfers and supplies).
  • Stocking and organization of both liquor rooms
  • Assisting with weekly beverage orders for all beverage outlets.
  • Reporting to the Beverage manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School graduate or equivalent. Previous Inventory Control/Delivery experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate punctuality by reporting to work on time/satisfactory attendance record that complies with Tuscany Attendance Policy.
  • Must be able to work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, fellow team members and Management.
  • Able to complete paperwork accurately and thoroughly and file away upon completion.
  • A Tam card is required for this position.
  • Work may be performed in areas which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, dimly lit or brightly illuminated.
  • Interaction with co-workers and guests in the work area is typical.
  • Must be able to work any necessary hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work with a team as well as independently.
  • Requires ability to use office equipment.
  • Requires normal mobility, to include walking, standing, reaching overhead and bending over, lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling of up to 40lbs, light grasping with both hands.
