Job Opening: Executive Assistant
Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Supported by: LHH Recruitment Solutions
Schedule: Fully On-Site | Monday – Friday | Flexible morning start time to approximately 5:00 PM
Type: Contract (6 months or longer)
Pay Rate: $29–$33/hour
About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a mid-sized company in Sterling Heights, MI, to find a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. This role will provide direct support to the CEO and senior executive team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the CEO and senior leaders

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Handle confidential information with discretion

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Support special projects and company initiatives as needed
Qualifications:

Proven experience supporting C-level executives
-
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
