Position Overview
We are seeking a Growth & Brand Development Manager to build, develop, and lead a high-performing customer acquisition team from the ground up for our expanded territory in and around Los Angeles.
This role is not about doing the day-to-day outreach yourself — it’s about finding the right people, setting the standard, and developing a team that consistently performs at a high level.
The ideal candidate knows how to identify quality talent, create structure, and instill the mindset, habits, and accountability needed for long-term success. You will play a key role in shaping the culture, training systems, and overall growth of the team.
This is a fast-paced, leadership-driven position for someone who thrives on building people, driving performance, and creating scalable growth systems.

9) Can you explain how you would track and evaluate the performance of a canvassing team?
10) When thinking about your own experience, how would you relate that to lead generation or appointment setting in a retail or field environment?
