Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry, has an immediate need for a FULL-TIME Customer Service Associates for our Showroom in Gilbert, AZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets and assists customers with all aspects of the sales transaction.
  • Responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction.
  • Takes ownership of the showroom supporting all strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintaining sample stock as well as cleanliness and sanitation of showroom.
  • Log & follow up on all client information including but not limited to contact information and related notes.
  • Performs other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2 year previous customer service experience
  • Retail sales experience a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
  • Ability work Saturdays, rotates
  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Have a genuine excitement to help customers
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Must pass felony background check
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Day Shift. Monday - Friday, including some Saturday's
Pay: $18 an hour
