We are seeking enthusiastic IT/Engineering Recruiters with 1–5 years of recruiting experience in either IT, Engineering, or within a staffing agency environment. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to source, screen, and match highly skilled technical professionals with client needs while maintaining excellent candidate and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for IT and Engineering positions, from intake to placement.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates in specialized skill areas.
- Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver top talent quickly.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Bullhorn.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving skill sets in IT and Engineering.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, or within a staffing firm.
- Proven track record of successful placements in technical roles.
- Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and niche job boards.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and MS Office Suite (or Google Workspace).
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
- Familiarity with technical concepts in software development, systems, or engineering disciplines.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting, IT, or Engineering; Staffing Industry experience!
- Strong negotiation skills for offers and compensation discussions.
