Now Hiring: Machine Operators – All Shifts Available!

North Minneapolis

Pay: $20.25–$23.25 per hour

We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing manufacturing team! We have multiple Machine Operator openings across all shifts, including opportunities in molding, rubber preparation, washing/baking, LSR molding, process operations, and other production roles.

Some positions are in a cleanroom environment and require previous cleanroom manufacturing experience, while others do not.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred or required for select positions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
