Location: Valley Green, PA
Position: Quality Coordinator
Position Summary: The Quality Coordinator supports the Quality Department by coordinating and completing the documentation needed in the day to day operations of the department including, but not limited to, calibration, inventory paperwork, processing Customer and Supplier returns, metric reporting (KPIs) and data entry to maintain the follow of the product through the department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining inventory with Quality Department and making necessary inventory in ERP system (Dynamics AX)
- Prepares equipment for calibration and enters calibration records into calibration software
- Process returns from customers along with paperwork and coordinates rework activity through Manufacturing
- Process Supplier returns with internal complaints database
- Completes administrative paperwork for the department while checking for accuracy
- Maintains a high levels of accuracy in daily operations
- Promote safety and demonstrate safe work habits
- Assist with maintaining an organized department
- Work with other departments in controlling work flow to meet internal and external customer requirements
- Amy other duties assigned by the Quality Manager
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office and Computer skills required
- Microsoft Access Database experience a plus
- Microsoft Dynamics AX experience a plus
- Some experience in a Quality manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Embraces personal and professional development
- Desire to make own decisions and take responsibility for outcome
- Advanced organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments
- Self-starting ability
- Strong team player, ability to work with other employees
