Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with automation and control technologies. This role is essential for maintaining and improving our manufacturing processes through system integration and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers to design and implement mechatronic systems.
- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems in production equipment.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs for automation processes.
- Utilize CAD software to create and modify technical drawings.
- Test and evaluate new sensor technologies for integration into existing systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of automated machinery.
- Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in CAD software for system design and documentation.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and electronics.
- Familiarity with control systems and automation technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
