Cambridge Immigration Law

As we expand, we are looking for a talented and hands-on Marketing Manager to help amplify our mission and grow the client base.
Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time, in-office Marketing Manager who can independently plan and execute a range of marketing initiatives using digital platforms and our CRM system, Lawmatics. This role involves content creation, marketing automation, and data-driven strategy. You must be comfortable working in a small, collaborative team and ready to contribute both creatively and technically.
Position Details
•Employment Type: W-2 Employee
•Pay: $45/hour
•Hours: 20 hours per week, in-office (Cambridge, MA)
•Additional Pay: For non-English language fluency
Compensation:
$45 hourly
Responsibilities:

Content Development Distribution
- Create and send engaging, informative newsletters
- Develop and produce short-form videos (client FAQs, firm updates, service highlights)
- Manage and post social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Design and deliver lead magnets (e.g., checklists, guides) to generate leads
CRM Campaign Execution (Lawmatics)
- Build, manage, and optimize automated drip campaigns using Lawmatics
- Maintain automated workflows for lead follow-up and client communication
- Segment contact lists and track engagement metrics to improve results
Website Management
- Manage updates to the firm’s website (WordPress or similar platform)
- Oversee external website vendors when applicable
- Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the firm's branding
Event Planning Community Engagement
- Plan and coordinate small in-person networking or educational events
- Support logistics, marketing, and follow-up communications for events
- Identify strategic local partnerships and outreach opportunities
Marketing Strategy Reporting
- Track and report on marketing performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure brand consistency across all client-facing materials
- Collaborate with firm leadership to align marketing with client needs and firm goals
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications
- Current residence within a short commuting distance from Cambridge, MA
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Experience using Lawmatics or a similar law-firm CRM platform
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill the job responsibilities listed above
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to hire, supervise, and evaluate support vendors such as web designers
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Fluency or proficiency in a non-English language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Mandarin, etc.) – additional pay provided
- Experience working with immigration or multicultural communities
- Commitment to serving noncitizen populations in the US and immigrating to the US with compassion and respect
