What You'll Do:

You'll operate as a clinical systems architect + transformation leader, driving:

• Design and evolution of scalable, inspection-ready clinical systems

• Architecture of Veeva Vault environments (objects, workflows, integrations)

• Automation + interoperability strategies across clinical platforms

• Data harmonization from NPD clinical trials commercialization

• API-driven integrations and system connectivity

• Clinical system lifecycle ownership (design build optimize)

You'll partner closely with:

• Clinical Operations

• Clinical Quality & Compliance

• Global Medical Affairs

• External vendors & system providers

What Makes You a Fit:

You're not just technical—you understand clinical ecosystems.

Core Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (architecture/configuration)

• Background in clinical trials + clinical operations

• Experience driving clinical system implementations or transformations

• Strong understanding of:

  • ICH-GCP

  • 21 CFR Part 11

  • GAMP 5

• Experience with APIs, data integrations, JSON, system connectivity

• Ability to drive automation, workflow optimization, and system adoption

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Veeva Vault Certification (White Belt or higher)

• Experience with Power Query or BI tools for data transformation

• Background improving inspection readiness + audit outcomes

• Experience reducing manual processes via system design
