What You'll Do:
You'll operate as a clinical systems architect + transformation leader, driving:

Design and evolution of scalable, inspection-ready clinical systems

Architecture of Veeva Vault environments (objects, workflows, integrations)
-
Automation + interoperability strategies across clinical platforms
-
Data harmonization from NPD clinical trials commercialization
-
API-driven integrations and system connectivity
-
Clinical system lifecycle ownership (design build optimize)
You'll partner closely with:

Clinical Operations
-
Clinical Quality & Compliance
-
Global Medical Affairs
-
External vendors & system providers
What Makes You a Fit:
You're not just technical—you understand clinical ecosystems.
Core Requirements:
-
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (architecture/configuration)
-
Background in clinical trials + clinical operations
-
Experience driving clinical system implementations or transformations
-
Strong understanding of:
-
ICH-GCP
-
21 CFR Part 11
-
GAMP 5
-
-
Experience with APIs, data integrations, JSON, system connectivity
-
Ability to drive automation, workflow optimization, and system adoption
Bonus Points If You Have:

Veeva Vault Certification (White Belt or higher)
-
Experience with Power Query or BI tools for data transformation

Background improving inspection readiness + audit outcomes
-
Experience reducing manual processes via system design
