Radial is a growing national network of innovative mental health clinics dedicated to redefining the way mental health care is delivered. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our New York team on-site.
This is an exciting opportunity to be on the forefront of interventional psychiatry, working with cutting-edge, FDA-cleared treatments that are changing lives - including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), and other breakthrough therapies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychiatric medication management and patient education.
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary care team to support patients undergoing TMS, Spravato, and other advanced treatments.
- Monitor patient progress, track outcomes, and ensure continuity of care.
- Document all encounters and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
- Participate in care coordination and team meetings as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and triage support when required.
- Active New York PMHNP license and board certification (PMHNP-BC) required.
- Active South Carolina PMHNP license and board certification (PMHNP-BC) strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of, or genuine interest in, interventional psychiatric treatments (TMS, Spravato, neuromodulation, etc.).
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Canvas, Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks).
- Solid understanding of psychopharmacology and psychiatric diagnostic evaluation.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and patient education skills.
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Minimum 1 year of psychiatric/behavioral health experience preferred (new grads with relevant experience will be considered).
