Sweet Bliss Counseling is a growing, values-driven private practice seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) to join our supportive and collaborative team.

Employment Type: W-2

Schedule: Part-time/Full-time (minimum 12 hours/week)

Location: In-person sessions in West Deptford, NJ with hybrid flexibility

Start Date: Flexible
Responsibilities:
-
Provide individual therapy to preteens/teens and adults
-
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-
Collaborate with a clinical supervisor and practice owner
-
Build and manage a caseload aligned with your clinical interests
-
Participate in supervision and training as required for licensure
Requirements:
-
Active New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license
-
Availability for a minimum of 12 hours per week

Interest or experience supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, depression, and/or autism
-
Comfort with in-person sessions and openness to a hybrid model
-
Strong communication, organization, and ethical practice skills
