Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Empower student success in the Denver area by providing crucial school psychology services to a diverse, dynamic community. As a full-time, onsite school psychologist working 35 hours per week from July 31, 2026, through May 26, 2027, you’ll collaborate with educational teams to support students from early childhood through high school. Assignments and caseloads will be determined case-by-case, matching your expertise with student needs across age groups.

Your expertise will shape learning experiences and well-being in several key areas:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a school psychologist within an educational setting
  • Master’s, Specialist’s, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
  • Current CDE Special Service Provider License endorsement in School Psychology
  • Strong student assessment, written, and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, crisis management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, teachers, and diverse teams
  • Technologically proficient; adept at documentation and use of digital tools
  • Commitment to meeting all background check and fingerprint requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct services, including individual and group counseling, in alignment with IEP mental health goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, write evaluation reports, and develop intervention plans
  • Participate in crisis management, including suicide risk and threat assessments, and support for safety planning
  • Engage in collaborative meetings (IEP teams, MTSS, behavioral health teams) and provide psychoeducation to staff and families
  • Consult with outside service providers and participate in home and wellness visits as needed
  • Support general education students through behavioral and social skill interventions and resource coordination
