Responsibilities:

Engage and qualify warm leads from multiple channels, including inbound inquiries, referrals, social media, DMs, and content-driven funnels.

Conduct discovery-style sales conversations via phone, Zoom, text, email, or DM to understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and readiness for coaching.

Match prospects to the right RCCG programs and services using a consultative, solutions-based approach — no scripts, no pressure tactics.

Communicate clearly and confidently about coaching concepts, RCCG’s methodology, and the results clients can expect.

Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent follow-up, accurate notes, and daily CRM updates.

Represent RCCG with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity in every interaction.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets—we’ll set expectations, but we don’t micromanage.

Close sales ethically and effectively, prioritizing trust, transparency, and long-term client success.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role where relationship-building and conversion mattered.

Proven consultative sales skills — you know how to ask the right questions, uncover needs, and guide people toward the best-fit solution.

Experience with CRM platforms (any major system is fine) and confidence managing pipelines, notes, and follow-ups.

Exceptional rapport-building ability — people open up to you quickly, and you can hold space while still steering the conversation.

Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills — you can navigate hesitation with confidence and integrity.

Clear, warm, professional communication across phone, Zoom, email, text, and DM.

Self-motivated and disciplined — you can manage your time, hit activity goals, and follow a process without hand-holding.

Detail-oriented and deadline-driven — you keep your CRM clean, your follow-ups on time, and your commitments tight.

Comfortable in a 100% commission environment — you understand the upside, you’ve done it before or you’re confident you can thrive in it.

Interest in coaching, strategic business coaching, personal development, wellness, or transformation work — you don’t need to be a coach, but you need to care about the work.
