Now Hiring: Barista / Server
NATIVA COFFEE BAR — New Location
We’re excited to be opening NATIVA Coffee Bar, our second location, following our first location, Patagonia Coffee House in Hackettstown, NJ.
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Barista with some serving experience to join our team and grow with us as we open this new location.
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Previous barista experience preferred</li>
<li>Some server / front-of-house experience</li>
<li>Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers</li>
<li>Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and responsible</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a positive attitude</li>
<li>Willing to learn and help wherever needed</li>
<li>Flexible availability is very important</li>
</ul>
Availability Needed
We are especially looking for someone who can work a flexible schedule that includes:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Weekend availability is especially important.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coffee, hospitality, and customer service and wants to be part of a new location from the beginning.
