Factory 360 is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to support our account management team and help deliver exceptional experiential marketing programs.
This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career agency professional looking to grow into an Account Manager role.
We are specifically seeking candidates in the New York City area who can benefit from in-person mentorship, collaboration, and professional development within our agency environment.
What You'll Do

Support account teams across multiple experiential marketing programs

Assist with project timelines, deliverables, reporting, and client communications

Coordinate internal meetings, status updates, and project documentation

Support partner outreach, program logistics, and campaign execution

Help maintain project organization across multiple clients and initiatives

Assist with reporting, recaps, and program performance tracking
What We're Looking For

1-3 years of agency experience strongly preferred

Experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Executive, Project Coordinator, Client Services Coordinator, or similar role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Desire to learn, grow, and advance into an Account Manager role

Location: New York City Area Preferred
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary
