Culligan Water, the global leader in water treatment solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team serving the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo areas. As a CSR, you will be the voice of the company, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through responsive, efficient, and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage billing inquiries, payments, and account updates
  • Perform accurate data input and computer mapping
  • Coordinate and schedule service and delivery routes
  • Support route management and technician communication
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with computers and learning industry-specific software

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
  • 8-hour shift
