Culligan Water, the global leader in water treatment solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team serving the Battle Creek and Kalamazoo areas. As a CSR, you will be the voice of the company, responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through responsive, efficient, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Manage billing inquiries, payments, and account updates
- Perform accurate data input and computer mapping
- Coordinate and schedule service and delivery routes
- Support route management and technician communication
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with computers and learning industry-specific software
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- 8-hour shift
