As our Inventory Control Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our seed business - ensuring that our seed inventory is accurate, organized, and ready to ship. You'll work closely with our warehouse, sales, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support global distribution.
Looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain.
Job responsibilities:
- Familiarity with Inventory software and manual
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple product lines
- perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- maintain accurate records in inventory management systems
- coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to track incoming and outgoing stock
- Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance documentation
- collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast demand and plan inventory
- strong attention to detail and organization skills
