Position Details at a Glance
- Schedule: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week).
- Hours: Afternoon coverage: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. We will customize a 3-, 4-, or 5-day schedule to fit your personal needs.
- Setting: 100% Outpatient Pediatrics.
- No Calls: No hospital rounding, no nursery coverage, no weekends, and no telemedicine.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive pediatric care in our comfortable, outpatient office.
- Manage well-child visits, acute illnesses, and ongoing health conditions.
- Educate parents on preventive care and developmental milestones.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Advocare EMR system.
- Work side-by-side with our dedicated clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive office culture.
Physician Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in New Jersey.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative, patient-focused care.
