Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU/Step Down
Location: Columbia, MO
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift | 3×12 (36 hours/week)

Travelers Pay: $2,361/week (Gross)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced RN for a PCU/Step Down unit to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and experience managing patients requiring close monitoring and advanced care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in PCU/Step Down unit
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN License (MO or compact)
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent PCU/Step Down experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills
