Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school psychologist opportunity is available for the 2026-27 academic year in Barre, VT, serving within a local unified union school district. This contract position runs from August 28, 2026, through June 18, 2027, with a workweek of 37.5 hours. The caseload will be determined after internal postings and further discussed with the candidate during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological services and support to students in an educational setting
  • Conduct assessments, interpret data, and implement intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Maintain compliance with state requirements and district policies

Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification/licensure as a school psychologist is required
  • Experience in school psychology within K-12 settings preferred
  • In-person work required; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available at this time
  • Ability to manage caseload effectively and adapt to district needs

  • Barre, Vermont area
