- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $26–$32 per hour (DOE)
- Environment: Cold warehouse with exposure to raw meat
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Follow all safety policies, GMP guidelines, and food safety regulations
- Accurately weigh, label, and inspect packaged products
- Ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards
- Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment
- Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, and shipping
- Ensure all products remain within required temperature-controlled conditions
- Comply with USDA, FDA, and OSHA requirements
- Monitor inventory levels; prevent overstocking or stockouts
- Track, audit, and accurately record inventory movement
- Plan and optimize delivery routes
- Coordinate with carriers for LTL/FTL shipments
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve logistics issues
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, including dock workers and drivers
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment
- Comfortable with variable noise levels and cold temperatures
